Get Your Groove on in Groups and Meetings: Productivity Approaches

Description

Missing members? Group gone flat? Team tug-o-war causing stress? Whether your facilitating, participating or assigning - this workshop will provide key strategies to increase group productivity and enhance member experiences. Participants will learn the stages and expectations for group development, methods for 'keeping score', and the importance of roles, rules and (conflict) resolution. As a result, participants will better understand the dynamics of group coordination as it relates to member productivity and goal success.
