Organizing Thoughts with Mind Mapping

Description

A mind map is a way to organize thoughts. While an outline is linear and generally word-based, a mind map can be non-linear, linking thoughts and concepts together to identify relationships, and use words, images, etc. Some mind mapping tools even allow groups of users to collaborate on a mind map. This session will introduce you to the concept of mind mapping, provide some free and/or inexpensive tools, and give you the opportunity to collaborate on a mind map with your fellow workshop participants.
